The best and safest way to lose weight is through diet moderation and exercise.

You are going to have to get smarter about what you eat, since 1750 isn't a heck of a lot. Finally, hit the gym. This will increase your metabolism (thus making you burn more calories and allowing you to melt your fat away), make you look fitter, and help your self-esteem and self-image. It really doesn't matter what sort of activity you do, so long as it gets your heart moving and you enjoy it.

Finally, be patient. Weight loss / body changes don't happen over night. Expect not to see results for a good month. They will happen, though, if you are persistent in your efforts / diet.

cardio.the only way to shed extra fat is to literally burn it off.even if you build muscle you wont be able to see it if you still have fat covering it up.
