What is a good workout process for your arms?


Question:
To be exact for female underarms... I don't want to get buff. But i want them to be toned.

Answers:
There really is no way to spot tone, you need to tone your whole body. If you don't you will look out of proportion. But some good exercises for arms are, tricep kick backs, hold a weight in each hand, bend over slightly and lift them up to the back of you keeping elbows at your sides. Chair dips are another great one. Sit on the edge of a chair, put your hands on the front edge, lift your butt off and dip yourself down as low as you can comfortably go and lift back up. Don't do any of the exercises too quickly, slower is better.

Look up a yoga posture called "the wheel". It's toned my arms pretty well-as well as some other areas! Do it everyday for best results.
do tricep kickbacks or french curls this will help tone your underarms and use light weights with lots of reps
