When I got hungry it seemed like my body did not give me the polite tap tap tap on the shoulder "uh could you get something to eat in an hour or two?" It was like a body slam "Feed me now, #@$#$%$#" I was always tired and always wanted sweets.
It sounds like a stupid faddy diet but the high protien low carb stuff straightened all that out. Drs say it can lower cholestorol and blood pressure and I know it straightens out blood sugar. Check everything you eat for carb count, start at less than 20 carbs per day and add 5 a week until you quit losing and back up a little.
My new diet is something like this, I ate a sugar free candy when I woke up because I was a little munchie. Later on I'll eat 3-4 eggs and some sausage. If I feel like it I might make pancakes (lo-carb) instead or to go with it.
I'm rarely hungry at lunch time but if I am I get a low carb burger at hardeee's or just take the bun off of something from somewhere else. Dinner tonight will be BBQ because it's too hot to cook inside. I've got some cole slaw already made up and I'll get some broccoli out of the garden and microwave it with some cheese sauce. Tonight me and my BF will most likely eat lo-carb chocolate peanut butter ice cream or nachos made with pork rinds.
I used to be so worn out I would cry on the way home from work. Now I think about going for a swim at the river. I've lost some weight, BF has lost 60 lbs. I feel so much better now that I would keep on with this way of eating even if I knew I would never lose another pound. Contact me if you need more detail and /or look up Atkins diet

I would like to recommend you something..but as you state that you lack will..Without it nothing can't be done..
Many people who say they have no willpower, perhaps are not eating enough calories. try eating 6 SMALL meals a day using a wide variety of minimally processed foods..This should help regulate your blood sugars better and keep you more satisfied and more in control.
Don;t think of the huge big goal, either. just make lots of small changes here and there and you will find big changes happening.
It is absolutely not about willpower. It's a conscious decision you have to make in your life, it's all about choices and making the right ones. You need to eat the right foods and not take in more calories/kilojoules than you can burn off in the day.
I know it's boring but you need to eat well and exercise regularly to lose and maintain weight loss. You have to change your life and get rid of all the junk and crap you might have in your cupboard and create a no fail environment for yourself.
Take care :0)
I know how you feel! Try Lean Cuisine, its actually very tasty and the best of luck to you!
Hey there,
Right lets see what we can do to help.
First off, what you put in your mouth has much more do to with your weight than how much you exercise, unless you are working out for 2+ hours a day, which I assume you aren't.
I suggest following these 4 steps to start with
1) The world health organisation recommends getting only 30% of your calories from fat. So go through your cupboards and throw out (donate to the food bank preferrably) anything that has more fat in it than this. The maths is easy 1 g of fat is 9 calories (kcal). Then next week when you do your shopping don't buy anything that gets more than 30% of its calories from fat.
2) Stop drinking sugary drinks. Fizzy pop, sweetened juices.. just stop. These have way more calories in than you can hope to burn off. Drink diet versions if you must have something.
3) Drink plenty of water
4) Do some reading on nutrition to find out what your body really needs. You can start by reading my blog on the subject if you are interested:

Hi: I am diabetic and also had high blood pressure. That is why I wanted to lose weight. I joined weight watchers a year ago and lost 30 pounds, then I got stuck. I met a friend who did a cleansing diet and lost a lot of weight. I decided to try it and did good. I lost 10.5 pounds and 17 inches in 9 days and then 25 pounds in 5 weeks. My A1C is now 6.0! and my blood pressure is normal. I am glad I found the cleanse program because it really helped improve my health. check out the website and join the mailing list for great info
