if done correctly, it can be very relaxing. some of those positions aren't very easy to get into though. you might pull a muscle you didn't even know you had if done improperly


I love yoga. It relieves alot of stress and it tones muscles. you can expect toning results in two weeks. results for stress are like overnight though.
