Eating while not hungry?

Question:
Is it OK to eat food even while not Hungry?

Eg: I had a heavy dinner and dont feel hungry the next day for a breakfast or lunch... Can I skip till I feel hungry?

Answers:
It is best to eat small meals every 3 hours a day to keep your metabolism up and to stop from binging on too many calories before you go to sleep at night. I don't advise eating heavy dinners and skipping breakfast and lunch unless you want to gain weight. Try eating breakfast even if you aren't hungry to get on some type of regular eating schedule.

Other Answers:
truly we should eat only when we are hungry and then try not to eat to much only how much we need
Yes.
Eating while not hungry is basically gluttony, which is one of the seven deadly sins. Watch out!
I would try not to skip Make sure you are eating healthy and check with your doctor.
you really are only hugry for like 20 min so if you eatslowly then you are tin but if you eat fast then you are fat
that doesn't make anysence to answer your question but hope it helps with whatever?
I agree with Lo.

Make sure you eat slowly so your body knows when you are full. And skipping is a bad idea, but don't force yourself to eat when you are not hungry.
Yeah I agree with your query., But stop eating when you had some space in your stomach., Otherwise your hungry will stopped once and all., Don't drink more water while eating. that affects digestion. Chew the food
I don't think you should eat when you are not hungry. However, since it is generally considered better to eat more frequently you might consider a smaller meal and eating more often. Learning not to eat when you are not hungry is good, but learning to stop eating when you are satisfied but not stuffed is also good.
