Physical appearance is heriditary. I bet if you eat you will bulk up, and getting a 6 pack is a lot of work: diet, cardio and all over exercise is the key along with crunches. Your doing all the right things. Because of your age and what your doing don't think about dieting as in terms of less calories. Make sure you eat proteins, carbs, and the right kind of fat like Omega 3. This combo will help you get the results you are looking for. Please do keep in mind that genetics play a huge roll on how your body builds muscle, much like how your body would store fat. If people in your family have 6 packs (for the most part) then you can. Yes, but you are going through puberty so dont over due it. When i was that age i was about the same i weighed 105 and i started wrestling in 7th grade and lifted weights benched 125, and i over did it.That why im only 5 8 now and stocky .Take it easy on the workouts so you will get taller, your body is flowing with testosterone right now and you will see many changes in your muscular development.
