I was having the same dilema. I started weight watchers last year in September. I have lost 25 pounds. I eat whatever I want literally. You just have to jot down what you eat, subtract your points. It keeps you on tract and changes your eating habits. I used to be a snacker, I still snack but am careful not to go overboard. I walk 3 times a week for 45 minutes.
