Homeopathic Treatment :-
PHYTOLACCA BERRY's Mother Tincture is perhaps the safest and sure fire way of loosing excessive fat around abdomen. With Phytolacca Berry once you loose the excessive fat and weight you don't get it back because you body takes care of itself after that and keeps you from gathering up excessive fat. It is prescribed after having a baby too, to get the tummy to loose its flab and to make it flatter and tighter. And after loosing weight with this you don't get flabby it tightens up the flab and skin along with helping your body to shed the excessive accumulation of fat around the girth
The dosage is 15 to 20 drops of the tincture in half a cup of hot water thrice a day half hour before or after meals.
Avoid Chocolates, Coffee, Mints, Red Meat and Carbonated and Alcoholic drinks while taking Homeopathic Medicines. You have to take it for at least 30 to 45 days after that you start to feel the results.
To the best of my knowledge its the safest and the most sure fire way of loosing fat and weight and keeping it of for keeps. Excellent remedy for Obese people who cant seem to shed weight despite trying.
Homeopathic Remedies can be found at all Major Herbal Stores or could be bought on line, In most of the world Homeopathic remedies are quite cheap and easy to find and they do not need a prescription.
Take care and God Bless !

It is mostly NOT your fault, if you need to lose weight. The way you have been taught to eat is responsible for making obesity the number one health problem in the world (according to Atlantic Monthly magazine) replacing hunger and infectious disease. So you are a victim of this pandemic (epidemic).
You need to re-learn how to eat. Find out about fastest way to lose weight, slow ways to lose weight, most effective exercise and anti-water. Lose bodyfat and retained water which also makes you a lot fatter (bloated). Learn everything on site below. Do this and you can be thin.
Do this not, and you will remain part of the biggest pandemic in all of history. Due to this pandemic, for the first time in 100 years, the children of Americans have a lower life expectancy than their parents. Plus click on "Pure Water" to make sure the water you drink doesn't hurt you.

Try a cleansing diet! I did and lost 10.5 pounds and 17 inches in only 9 days. I was very happy with the results and continued on the program and lost 25 pounds in 5 weeks. This is the fastest I have ever lost with other diets like Jenny Craig, Weight Watchers, Medifast, Slimfast etc…. Cleansing works by removing toxins from your body. You get toxins from your food (pesticides, preservatives, food additives, colorings) water, chemicals, pollution, medications, alcohol, hormones that the animals you eat were fed etc….YUCK! The toxins get coated with fat and remain in your body. To remove the fat, you have to remove the toxins. This system worked for me, maybe it can work for you too. You can check out the website or call this toll free number 1-877-587-4647 for more info. The program is not cheap, but it is worth every penny since it works and keeps you motivated. Good luck!

Before I begin on the topic on how to lose fat and keep fit, I want to congratulate you! To have the desire to change your body may not seem much, but it is already the first step towards success.
Often I heard people say: “You must be in a Gym to train and keep fit!”, “You must have a personal trainer!”, “You must take expensive supplements!”, “You must take this XYZ slimming pill and that ABC magic potion!”, and “You must starve yourself!”
While the first 3 things are nice to have and do help in your goal, they are not even the least critical of factors. As for the last two statements at best they are utterly helpless and a waste of money, at worst it could even mean your life!
So, what does it needs to achieve fitness success?
It takes DESIRE!
It takes COURAGE!
It takes INSPIRATION!
It takes CONVICTION!
It takes DETERMINATION!
Well? Sounds like a message from a motivational speaker, wouldn’t you say? Read on and you will know.
Where is the training, diet? You may ask? Of course you must do some form of training in order to keep fit and loss fat, but if I were to rate on the order of importance, training would come last. Research has shown that any form of physical training would have an impact on fat loss and improving fitness. The reason most people fail over time is mental. Yes! That’s right! Your mental game is as important as your training or diet plan if not more so. Why? Let’s see.
Desire is rated first, because without the desire nothing can be achieved and you already have it! If you have been bothered by sales people who tries to get you to buy into something you don’t want, you will understand. Why do you not want to buy? That’s because you simply do not have the desire. The same holds true to weight loss and keeping fit. If you simply do not have the desire, you will not even bother to ask how, much less to work out or diet.
Courage! Often is the case, when anybody tries to start on a “look more slim”, “becoming really fit” plan, there are readily available people who would discourage you or give you the cold look when you suggested this to them. This is when courage is needed to face these people so that they will not put you off track. Nobody else would/should have concern over how you look and whether you will succeed or not but yourself. Nobody is responsible for your failures or success but you are! So who should you listen to? You!
Losing body fat and keeping fit can be done and have been done by millions of people the world over. Of course, millions more have failed but that is what would separate you from the rest. Far too often many failed even before they began on something due to peer pressure, even from those close to you. Bare in mind, what you are about to do concerns you only, they have no interest and will not be responsible for your action. You are!
Inspiration! Wouldn’t it be better if you have something to look forward to or a reward at the end of a race? Imagine the World Cup without a trophy, price money and recognition. Inspiration, Sir! It’s the things that make you work harder than you would.
How do we go about getting inspiration? It could be anything, but it would be more inspirational if it is something you already like. Examples, having pictures of bodybuilders by your side and imagining yourself having a body like that could be inspirational, or telling yourself to go after the girl next door that you would not dare now after you reach your goals, or going for a complete make over or even another honeymoon if you are already married. What is important is that you must set something you like/want for yourself to look forward to.
Conviction! This is a little hard because, it’s either you already firmly believe in what you are about to do or you will have to drill it into your mind constantly so that everything else is secondary. Imagine that during the execution of your plan, your progress is slow, and everybody starts to question your wisdom, or you might hit a snag e.g. injury, or worse. The last thing you would want to do than is to throw in the towel and wasted all that time you have already invested. Remember, its OK to take a break once in a while (in fact it’s important) but you must get back on track as soon as you are able to and a strong conviction will do just that for you. Your goal is the most important and that is all that matters! Other wise you will start to lose sight of your goals and wonder off track.
An example on how to build up conviction would be to have a slogan or a quote that you repeat to yourself a minimum of 10 times everyday. Something like this: “I will BUST those excess body FAT from mine BODY, and I will not rest till the day it is DONE!” or simply “I want to do it! I will do it! I can do it!” Read it loud alone or silently in crowed areas unless you want everybody to have a piece of your mind, though I’ll not stop you from doing so.
Determination! “When the going gets tough, the tough gets going” Have no doubt Sir! Things will get tough and tougher still. Here I am referring not only to the training, but the drain on your mental as well. I have read up on a research on people who pick up a weight loss program, either through diet alone, or exercise or both. 50% of which will stop after 3 months and more as time go by. Although that is roughly the time sufficient to get some into shape when following a good diet plan accompanied by exercise, if you do not have the determination to keep it up for a life time, you’ll end up where you begin after a couple of months. The good news is that those who did follow an exercise plan as well as a diet plan are less prone to giving up and better at keeping the weight off for a longer period of time.
While I cannot tell you how to build your determination (it really differs from person to person) it shows that with an exercise plan, you are more likely to succeed and stay fit longer.
On topics of dieting and exercises to do, there I believe there exist tons of information in the library, some quite general and some very specific, all very helpful. So I would just like to add some which I think would give you that extra edge.
Dieting is the most essential when it comes to losing fat. It is not just about reducing the amount of calories that you ingest but the kind of food you take. If you have the wrong combination of food types in your diet it could halt your fat burning mechanism or even change your body into a fat storing machine and wreck your health. So, besides eating less than what you would normally eat now, it is far more important to practice proper nutrition. To cut it short look for topics on nutrition (protein, carbohydrate, fat requirements), work out your daily calorie needs and plan your meals so that it you do not stray away from your diet plan.
Training (physical) as important as dieting, will accelerate your fat loss and help you get/keep fit. Any physical training will do, aerobic, anaerobic, or even just including an intensive sport activity 3 times weekly. Personally, I would recommend mainly weight training with some aerobic exercise.
What are the benefits of weight training? Your body will spur an increase of growth hormone that not only help built muscles, but also converts fats into energy for use. Your metabolic rate will remain elevated over a longer period of time, then any aerobic exercise would do and that would mean more calories burned even during rest. You will continue to preserve lean mass during period of dieting as oppose to dieting alone when loss in fat and lean mass are considerable and more than aerobic exercise alone. You will built a better physique with weight training as your muscles will be more toned, giving more shape to the slim look that dieting and aerobic exercise have brought. Having more muscle mass, your calorie requirement will goes up which in turn help to burn more fats! There are a host of other benefits as well but I think you can read it up in any bodybuilding book easily. Same thing for the type of exercise to do, it’s better to get a bodybuilding book that explores the types of exercise and other safety measures to take than any half versions that I can only describe here.
Since I have elevated weight training to godly status, why would we still need aerobic exercise? Aerobic exercise is still important because good as weight training might be, aerobic exercise trains our cardio system much differently and better then anaerobic exercise can or ever will be. One can only imagine how important it is the health of our heart and all other systems attach to it plays in our health. Further more, it will augment your results considerably with little effort (that is when done in a proper way). I did recommend an aerobic exercise regimen of not more than twice per week with weight trainings. The numbers of weight training sessions per week will depends on your workout plan and goals for muscle gain.
On a personal note, I feel that most people are doing too much cardio in comparison to the results that they could or might have gain and many more are not doing it as efficiently as it might have been. Again based on what I have find out from some research done by the scientific community, short intense cardio are more effective than long mild to moderate cardio that most people do. It is not that long mild to moderate cardio are not effective in fat burning or keeping fit but not as effective considering the time involved when those times could have been used for other things or rest which is also very important for fat loss. That is unless you are training to be a marathon runner. Do some research on short intense cardio exercise and you will know which one suits you and how to do them?
The last piece of the puzzle to weight loss and fitness is however the easiest thing to do but hard to initiate. Rest. Yes! Rest must be done sufficiently for your body to burn fat maximally, repair your tissues and build new tissue. A good night’s sleep would be something between 6 to 8hrs of uninterrupted sleep, because, unlike a car engine, our body’s regenerative systems needs several hours (approximately 4 hours) to kick in. And I know that for most people, we would easily forgo another hour of sleep just to watch a television program or chat on the phone or online. When you miss out on your sleep, the body will send stress signal everywhere, including telling your body to store body fat for you to burn midnight oil! So the take home message is to manage your sleeping time or sleep whenever you can if you really cannot knock off 8 hours a night.
Lastly, I want again to stress the importance of your mental game because any dieting or training would not work if you do not have the desire, courage, inspiration, conviction and determination to see it through.
As you can see, reaching your fitness goals is not just a game that one play with every once in a while. As with your educational goal, career goal, financial goal, fitness goal takes careful planning and the will to execute it according to plan. Do not be daunted however, as it is not entirely impossible. For me, it worked a miracle and turned my life around from complete failure. Who knows, it might do wonders for you?
I hope I have helped you to understand better on how to lose body fat and keeping fit. In the mean time, if you are smoking, quit it! If you take alcohol, quit it! There is no lack of scientific research as to how much undesirable effects they can have on a healthy body. And from the perspective of losing fat, they will be detrimental to your progress.
Eat healthy!! Lots of FRESH veggies and fruits. Exercise!! Walk every morning and work out! Good Luck
