I have Denise Austin's video 'Fit and Fabulous at any Age' and.?

-Sit and watch it and join in here and there when I can?
-Pause the tape and rest and then continue it after a few minutes of rest?
-Just end the workout there when I get tired?

Guess what? She has two 30 min workouts on the Lifetime Channel every morning at 6am. I have some of her tapes too. But I like alot of cardio so I mix her tapes with others. Never stop the tape or you just procrastinating to give up. Do some situps at the hard parts then continue. If that helps. IF I can't do pushups I do situps. If you get tired just move side to side while she hops up and down. Personally I think Denise is too low impact to get me tired.

if you feel fatigue than stop immediately, drink water, and rest for a while until you feel recovered then you can start again What I would do is rewind it a bit to where she stretches or marches for a few seconds and then I could cool down a bit. Then continue on.
