I have a really muscular body and I was wondering if you guys had any tips on how to tone it down?

I was training with a personal trainer five days a week for almost a year and all we did was weight training with very little cardio (5 minute warm-ups). I ended up bulking up rather than toning my muscles, which was my original goal.
So I changed my routine to where I was doing an hour of cardio (kickboxing, step classes) three days a week with two days of weight training in between. I've slimmed back down and don't look so muscular, but I still have definition. Incorporating more cardio exercise (no matter what you do) is the key.
Is the hunchback related to skeletal issues or are your muscles pulling your shoulders forward? If the latter, stretching exercises like yoga will help pull your shoulders back and reduce the "hump" look. Consult with a personal trainer if that's the case and they can give you guidance on correcting it. If it's skeletal, a personal trainer or chiropractor can give you tips on exercises that will help and what exercises to avoid.
