I just started Turbo Jam and I'm a very picky eater and i need help picking good healthy foods.?

They have food recipies enclosed i know. But like i said im a very pickey eater. I wont say im a vegetarian but i dont really like alot of meats. I dont like sea foods. So anyone have some nice and easy healthy easy to make recipies?

Answers:
Well assuming your trying to lose weight you need protein. Meat is protein so i recommend it. Seeing how you don't like it there are alternatives.

Eggs, beans, rice, milk, whey supplements, Casean supplements. Veggies, cheese, whole grans, brans, nuts, peanut butter. ettc.

Buy a weight watchers cookbook (or any other diet cookbook) or look up some recipes online, (just search healthy recipes on google). Try to get a favorite food of yours and make it healthier some way or another.
