can i train my arms muscles everyday or do i have to make them rest 48 hrs like other body muscles?

If you are weight training I suggest that you have a 48 hour break between using weights again. Reason is that they need to recover and you also burn calories 48 hours after. If you like using your arms you can do weight training for your arms one day and then do boxing the next but do some weight training for your legs.
What I do is the following:
Mon - quick 3km run and then do total weights all over the body utilising all major muscle groups. When my heart rate drops I then do a quick 1 min cardio hit to get it going in between weight sets. I do this for 1.5 hours.
Tues - double cycle class for 1.5 hours
Wed - 3km run/cardio hit then do a boxing class 1.5 hour sess
Thurs - Cardio & total weights combo 1.5 hours
Fri - basic bootcamp training class with cardio 1.5 hours
Sat - swimming & sauna to recover muscles 1.5 hours
A total body combination is great, make sure you do heaps of stretching afterwards especially if you are using heavy weights.

No! arm muscles are like all other muscles. Never keep training them, you must give them at least a 48 hour break between workouts. The muscles actually develop and grow during the recovery period.
By the way, there are serious concerns if you continue training them, you can simply burnout your arm muscles damaging the muscle tissue.

If you want large biceps, leave a break. You should only lift weights extra on alternative days. During the break is when the muscle, repairs and grows. Getting stronger. If you lift weights every day, you are prob doing more damage than good.
I agree with some of the answers on this post. The arm muscles are fairly small compared to the chest, back and legs. Anytime you work your upper body, you are also hitting your arms (back usually affects the biceps and chest / shoulders usually hits the triceps).
I've always felt that arms are the easiest to overtrain. Therefore, I dedicate, at most, one day per week to them. I'll hit them with exercises each, 4 sets of 10-ish. Once in a while you can hit them on consecutive days, but I'd urge you to be careful in doing so, as they are easy to burn out and ultimately weaken the rest of your workouts.
Your muscles need to rest or else they will not reach their full potential. They need to rest, they are like a human: don't we need rest or else we will become exhausted and not be able to function to our full potential. Same thing with our muscles.
