Dance Dance Revolution?
Question:
Answers:
Each song which is about a minute and a half long will burn on average 20 calories. Now this is greatly affected by the difficulty of the song, the BPM of the song, and your weight. So songs will burn in a range between 5 (like Remember You on Light Mode) to 50 (The Legend of MAX on Heavy Mode) calories per song. So approximently in one hour you should burn around 800 calories assuming you are playing without long breaks.
Remember to have water ready with you at all times when playing DDR for long sessions!
Now according to my notes there is a workout mode available in every Dance Dance Revolution, In The Groove, and Pump It Up game released in the U.S. for Playstation, Playstation 2, Gamecube, X-BOX, and X-BOX 360*.
*coming soon for X-BOX 360

It depends on the song and exactly how you dance. It can range from 100-300 calories for beginners and up to almost 800 calories for expert mode. Some of the later versions have a workout mode which will track the calories for you if you have a home system.
The later version will have a workout mode that'll tell you how much you've burned, but I don't trust them since they vary by people.
Like the previous poster said, it depends on the song. I don't know how much it burns exactly, but an expert song (WITHOUT BAR!!!) should burn you about 150-175 calories. It's pretty much the same as running, so a lot of song would burn a few calories off here and there.
