I generally do the 12oz curls, They don't tone any part of the body but it works for me.
I generally exercise for about 40-60mins per day,and I eat a lot,too.
Just avoid unhealthy food.
I walk about an hour everyday in the morning, I go biking about one and a half hours ever other day and about 300 ab crunches everyday. I also eat healthy meals everyday and limit my junk food intake to about once a month.
