People who are constantly judging themselves in terms of fat/thin will never be truly happy because they are already inherently unhappy with certain aspects of their own person.
Maybe you should reevaluate and pose the question as:
happiness = { ?? } ... the answer is different for everyone.
That so called happiness from chunkiness is really two ding dongs stuffed in your cheeks. Skinniness is not letting happinness mask itself as chocolate cake.
it all depends what you think about yourself. if your happy with your body then you will be happy.
