i am not fat but i want reafirm my body get those good abs and muscles overall. what are some strength-training and cardiovascular workouts.

Answers:
first eat an apple before each meal, 40 minutes prior.
second walk ten minutes everyday for a week.
add ten more second week, till you are up to 60 minutes/day.
you will be ready to upgrade to aerobic/biking/swimming.

work up to steady workouts, weekly, and you will see marked results.

find a good diet plan to follow. i use "eat right four your type,"
by Dr. D'adamo.

go to a gym bally's or something get a personal trainer
read tips on some great ab workouts and more on this site
eat healthy foods and exercise everyday at about 30 minutes long! (or get a personal trainer)
