This is not a one day thing. You need to plan five meals and have healthy snacks ready at hand. fruits, baby carrots and hummus, string cheese or something like that...Still you may end up eating junk at times...It happens with everyone initially...Try to limit portion size at that time and feel satisfied and proud that you just took a small portion ...instead of feeling guilty..Anyway, plan frequent small meals..that will help...Good luck.

ye eat sank fatty aswell as the hunger nevea go as that wts ur body wnts...!! and u look at chocy bar its 5 cm long 2 cms wide so when ppl say o god i gunnu gain an inch from that wtf they been smkin and u relli don't need diet any way u look gr8 the way u r (as curves r comin bck) and it saves u all that effort aswell!
why dont you try drinking as much water as you can possibly stand, its fat free - calorie free, just keep drinking water until your next meal

The best thing I do is drink a BIG glass of water and chew some sugar free gum until my next meal time. You should eat every 3 hours.
