Make up shouldn't give you spots as long as you religiously take it off every night before you go to bed with a skincare range that's for sensitive skin.

Estee Lauder do a special range that worked wonders on my sensitive skin called Verite or try Simple skincare for a budget option

Why not go to a big department store and ask them to do your make up for you - that way you can check that it doesn't irritate your skin before you buy

i have very sensitive skin too and have found the best make up is Mac. its quite expensive but worth it. otherwise the body shop range is pretty good. the trick is to try and avoid foundations and concealers and just stick to eyeshadows, lippy etc..

If you remove any make up effectively then you won't get spots, leaving it on is the problem.

probably best not to use any makeup at all, as they will bloke the pores and cause spots. also, if you use make up brushes and sponges, make sure you wash them in hot soapy water at least once a month, as this can also cause spots.

Before make-up, you should go read your grammar books. First things first! You need that badly, more than that make-up.

I wear make up everyday, foundatio, eye shadow & mascara etc
I do not take it off at night, i'm always too tired, I wash my fash in the morning and use a cleansing wipe and I get no spots.

All skin is different but I suggest trying different makes, all the ones above that the girls are suggesting, but also do some looking around at House Of Fraser as the women there know what they are talking about & can give you a free makeover :)
