besides eating healthy and excersing is there anything elese I can do 2 lose weight?

Not without risk that isn't worth the price. Keep away from junk foods, and keep your calorie intake lower than normal.try to workout 5 days a week, and work up to 1 hr a day if you're not to that point already.maybe even more if you want to lose weight faster (the more calories you burn, the quicker you'll lose).

When I'm in serious weight loss mode (as a middle aged woman) I cut my calories to 1300/day max and try to workout about 2 hrs a day (a workout in the morning, and another in the evening) 4 - 6 days a week.

eat healthy and exercise but eat a lot of fruits, vegies, berries, soy products, lean meats and dairy products. you should be eating around 1500 calories a day to lose weight and around 2000 to maintain weight if you are active. drink plenty of water and green tea and be consistent. if you feel like having a treat, then have a serving and no more. but, most of all, exercise at least 30 minutes 5 days a week. our bodies were meant for physical activity and our bodies and minds love it. don't give up. good luck
