really works acidophillus?

Question:

Answers:
Yes yes yes..absolutely it can help stomach and intestinal disorders.
In fact, after you complete a cycle of antibiotics for fighting something.I think acidophillus is GREAT for restoring the natural, most efficient ratio of good bacteria back into your intestines. Remember, antibiotics can really wreak havoc on the intestines.and acidophillus returns that balance faster.
It is healthy, natural, and has been used in Russia for decades.
Look for real Kefir at some of the natural food stores near you. It is relatively new here in the US, but has been in Eastern Europe for generations.
You'll love it.and its really really good for you..

Other Answers:
Depends on what the problem is. If you are looking to prevent a yeast infection, I use it myself for that. It does not work like an antibiotic where you can really tell from one day to the next that it is working. At least not for me.
yes. it works as a preventative measure
If you take it once a day, it is suppose to prevent cold sores.
It's not really a complete question, so therefore it's hard to
answer. I can tell you that acidophiles works for intestinal
problems. I have been taking the capsules for sometime.
Works wonderfully on a bunch of stomach disorders. Helps in my case by fighting the bad yeast bacteria in my tommy and eliminating frequent attacks of 'thrush mouth' which in it's worst form makes my tougue swell and my teeth sensitive. Help's to neutralize yeast from drinking as well. A couple of 'live bacteria' pills a day for me, usually in the morning with Breakfast.
