How much weight will I lose if I'm on a balanced diet, and excerise daily in only one week?

Could you also tell me what foods I should eat and shouldnt eat and what exercises I could do. Thanks for the help.

you cant lose body fat in one week but you can lose about 4 to 5 pounds of water weight but it will not show that you a lose any weight if you diet for a week.
you can try to aim for a more Realistic diet in which you can lose a lot of weight so here are some tips eat at least 1000 calories a day no more that 20 grams of fat and more that 30 grams of fiber and exorcise at least 3 or more hours a day. Hope that helps

man if you could actually predict how much a person can lose you would be a millionaire I have been dieting for months on cabbage soup and a occasional salad and I went down 10 lbs but can go up as much as 3 1/2 lbs overnight . really But I know people that can eat 5 large meals a day and lose weight .go figure

possibly 5 pounds.
