I hate vegatables, If I want to improve my diet without gagging, which ones should I start with?

if you hate veggies so much, try fruits. they're sweeter and i like them a lot better, and they are just as good for you. if you really cant stand vegtables, then just take vitamin suppliments. easier, faster, and you dont have to taste it.

Me too! Yuck! You don't have to eat them at all. Try getting a juicer, and mixing in some greens and carrots with an apple or orange. The apple juice covers up most of the taste of the vegetables. And none of the nasty crunch, either. lol. I am a picky eater. broccoli

I know I don't like vegatables either. Corn is good, I've also started eating asparagus. Veggie are cool!. Start with drinking V8 juice *its a start*

Raw mini carrots are crunchy and delicious :) So are peppers *red, green and orange*.


i would suggest u to start off with annual vegetables n then to seasonal ones. i think u know what is better for u. Start with home cooking the more you get back to the roots of cooking you'll find yourself eating healthier. CARBS ARE NOT YOU ENEMY alot of the stuff they put in our food makes it taste different and "preserve" it when you cook your own it tastes better you eat less and it's better for you


Try peas mixed in with mashed potatoes, you can also use carrots. Then you gradually get used to the taste.
