Talk to your doctor. Doctors have all the answers.. even though they're scary.
Go to your nearest Italian family, and explain to them your problem. They will feed you, and turn you into a "Speghetti Bender."

Seriously though, maybe you are hyperthyroid, and need to see your physician to see if he can correct it. Could be a medical problem.

Oh, Moms don't know anything. You are perfectly fine the way you are.
eat more meat cuz it is very fattening i dunno wat else ta tell ya maybe exercise a little less
have a great day
eat more calories then u burn off.find out the average amount of calories u burn off when u excercise and make sure to take in more calories then that when eating.some ppl have harder times then others at gaining weight
Get your mom to take you to the doctor - 80 lbs may just be the right weight for you. I'm 5:9, 120 lbs, and eat whatever I want. Never been on a weight loss diet and probably never will (I'm 38.) If your mom hears from the Dr that you are fine, she will stop bugging you. Just relax and enjoy the fact that you and I never have to diet to stay thin!

As for exercise - if you do weight training you can increase your weight because the muscle mass you build is heavier than fat tissue. Maybe this will help you reach a higher weight, and it's good for you too.
