Hi yea ive tried a few, i tried herbal ones and they didnt work, i also tried zantrex-3 but it made me ill, it never give me the jitters or anything, it just made me feel sick, like i have just been out drinking all night with a really bad hangover, it was worse than a hang over. I was taking 2 before everymeal, because you need to eat for them to work, but i think i should of only taken 1, i dont know weather they worked because my brother took them. But at the moment im taking Pure Hoodia Gorgonnii, 400mg, they are really good and perfect if you are also dieting as it stops you from snacking on things and there are no side effects 'Hurray' If you do get hoodia please check you get the right ones, i got mine from www.purehoodia.co.uk. I has tried quite a lot of diet pills in my life and believe me, short cuts never work. I gained instantly after the big event that I want to lose weight to look good for. The best deal is to start a healthy lifestyle and to break a sweat at least ten minutes everyday. I would recommend you to read the Total Health Makeover by Marilu Henner. It's great!

Diet pills are a waste, diets alone are a waste. If you spend half the money on a gym membership, you can get triple the results. Trust me, you will love the benefits of exercise over diet. I hope that I helped, please trust me. Scientifically, exercise is the activity that our bodies were designed for for natural weight depletion. Yes, muscle is heavier than fat but you have something to show for your hard exercise! With diets, you look more like a stick figure than someone who is physically fit.

I've tried most diet pills over the counter. They work but once you stop taking them, you're back to your old self. Also, I always end up weighing more than when I started taking them.
The effects on me are these: I get jittery, fast heartbeat, and I can't sleep at night.
I don't take them anymore. Personally, I wouldn't recommend it to anybody. Just watch what you eat, don't even think about the word "diet". When I say I'll go on a "diet", my body reacts negatively to the word. Just say change of eating habits and you need to exercise.
pills suck, I have taken many many pills, they all stop working eventually then you struggle to find another pill only for that pill to stop working, normally they cause fast heart rate (kinda fun), some are based on shell fish (stink and make ya poo, allllloootttt!!! painfully), others made me stop loosing weight. over the past 10 years, I have found, in exclusion to cocain and meth, that the best, sorry ONLY way to loose weight, is exercize 5 days a week for no less than 45 min a day and eat as little carbs as possible, that will do it. of course you can alway do the cocain or meth, but the are pretty price and you won't be able to sleep. lol
The best stuff were pills that contained ephedrine. but because of its sometimes lethal side effects it was banned by the fda. i used it for about one month, worked out a lot and it really helped with increasing my bodies ability to "burn " fat. Anyway I had one really bad experience where I almost passed out, so I discontinued use. Nothing else really works. Low fat diet, limit bread/carb intake, increase protien and hydrate, and workout like crazy. As often as you can.

these pill are waste of money. Just eat less eat only three times a day, one big meal not eating in between meals.
With Hoodia I lost 4lbs the first week! After a month, I'm down 13Lbs!
