How many pieces of exercise equipment have you owned in your lifetime? Starting out with that set of weights?

Question:
you bought when you were younger. How many do you have in your home right now, and how often do you use them? The TRUTH, now...

Answers:
OOOHHH!! What a question. Over the years I have had an exercise bike, a nordic rider, elliptical machine, hand weights, Exercise bands, and Richard Simmons videos. I thinks that this kind of stuff makes excellent clothes racks for the things that aren't dirty enough to wash right now but you don't want to put them back in your closet. I think every one needs to have unused exercise equipment for this purpose. LOL

Other Answers:
i have never bought equipment because i go to a gym.

I own an elliptical machine. I do use it occasionally, but only when I don't feel like going to the gym or if I can't make it that day.
3 sets of weights 1 to 5lbs
1 jump rope

I don't use any of them because I joined a gym.
I have a set of ankle weights that I actually hike in and stretch with, in my youth our family had a weight bench I used about 2 times a week, when I started using it. We had a punching bag too, which was always fun. I'm not into equipment, I'm into the healthy active lifestyle.
Let's see, there was the health rider that I used for a while until I got sick of it. I sold that at a garage sale, though. Then I had a Body by Jake Bun & Thigh Rocker, again I used it for a while, then stopped, and just gave that away a few months ago. Also the Ab-Doer, which I never really liked and gave away. My husband had a Nordic Track ski machine that he used a lot, then stopped which we gave away with the other stuff.

Stuff I still have but don't use: ankle weights, some videos that I don't really like, mini-trampoline, and a total gym. I would like to get back into the Total gym, though.

Stuff I still have and do use: 3, 5, and 8 lb. dumbells, workout DVDs that I do like, treadmill (although I use it more in the winter), swiss ball, big trampoline (actually that was a gift), and running shoes.
