hi, i weigh abt 143 lbs. im 21 years old how many times should i work out in a week and how long?

it depends on you are stamina, and how good u work out and u r eating habits.eat good protein food on the days u work out and not other , i suggest u that u should work out at-least 3 to 5 days a week and that to 1 to 2 hours a day, mornings are best time to work out and it depends on u r time and availability .so go for it.

3 or 4 times a week alternating portions of your body. if you go to a gym they should have a trainer that could help you adjust it to your schedule and current fitness level.

Work out every other day, but i dont think ur gonna get anywhere wih 143 lbs, u also need to eat more and get more protien
