I don't want to use any crash diets or pills, but is it physically possible to lose 10 pounds using diet and exercise alone in a month and 1/2?

We do things like that 4 wrestlin all tha time its completely easy and absolutely possible. u can eat all u want but u just have 2 run 4 how much u eatu have 2 run a mile a day 4 how many pounds u wanna loose. A good tip we use is eat roman noodles instead of ur usual food. u may not think so but roman noodles r tha perfect weightloss food.
