6 -8, anything less can't possibly be good.

This was just actually on the news just the other day. They say three to four cups a day can prevent diabetes by up to 40%. It cleanses your body and kidneys. I know a lot of people who just hate it because of all the bad publicity it has had in the past, but I have always noticed it gives me energy and sometimes takes away depression. It is not good to drink instant coffee. It doesn't have the same affect. You should use whole bean or freshly ground to have the best benefits.
