Stretches to do during a road trip?

Question:
I am going on a 2 day drive this summer and need some good stretches to do during pit stops so that I can keep driving.
A link to a website with diagrams or photos would be great because then I could print them and keep them in the car.
Thanks.

Answers:
Make sure you are well rested before starting your trip and that you stop whenever you are starting to yawn and feel tired a few minutes at a rest stop could save your life. I always make sure that I stretch and walk around, even jog around the rest area or park that I stop at. I would do some gentle neck rolls first to the right and then to the left, shoulder shrugs, where you bring your shoulders up to your ears and then let them drop and twists, keeping your feet in place and twisting your upper body from side to side with hips facing forward not leaning toward the ground on either side, rather turning as if you could look behind your back.

I couldn't find any concise illustrations but as long as you stop frequently and move about you should have a great road trip. Have fun!

A very serious question and it can be solved. Some have such small cars that you must get out and walk . To stay awake at night when you have heard the edge rumble twice will save your life. I have settled on air punches done to rock music but only when no one can see you swinging. I have a two day drive to Lake Superior very soon.

Not sure on this one, couldn't find any pictures for you, but in case you never found out about the iTunes thing, you have to go to File, then Import, then browse for the songs you want to add. When you first start up iTunes, it will do it automatically. but once you've had it for a while you'll have to do it manually. Hope that helped and good luck on your road trip.
