im not sure about this one, it may because your not fully grown, thus saying your bones are still growing, so if you pack on muscle there, the bones will struggle to grow, so maybe it can stunt your growth, a tiny bit. Also, if you turn out to be one of those muscle freak athletes and do steroids, then your growth will be stunted like no other.
