Eat a lot of healthy foods. Try eating four or five small meals a day if you already eat three meals a day. If you don't eat at every meal, then eat at every meal. Try eating more protein, like eggs and chicken. Exercise a little, but not too much as well, in order to gain muscle mass, because muscles are heavier than fat. Go consult a doctor if you don't gain weight in a month or so.
You can gain weight by eating higher calorie foods, this should add weight as fat to your body.
You could also keep your caloric intake the same, but increase the amount of physical activity that you perform. This will build up muscle mass, and depending on how you do it, either lean muscle, or bulk muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat does, so doing this will make it seem like you've gained alot of weight.
Talk with your doctor about a diet and exercise program that would be good for you, and if gaining weight is a good idea to begin with.
you're going to have to eat quite a bit and not healthy food lol. If you eat healthily go for seconds. And just train your stomach to take in more. Just a warning it might hurt a bit. After I had not eaten for 2 weeks straight my stomach shrunk and well that wasn't cool because the hospital made me eat and i was in so much PAIN.
Maybe grazing would be a good idea for you. eat throughout the day.
lots more carbs, weats, breads, potatoes etc. find which food contain carbs and eat more than you need of them but be careful you dont over do it

Im in the same boat.im just shorter.You can start taking in more calories. Try taking in aobut 100 more calories than what you eat now. Eat peanut butter, breads, and things rich in carbs. And stop worrying about it, when you stress it seems you dont gain weight.

The only way, you can become very fat is if you sleep a lot, eat at least 20 pounds of food, and be as lazy as you can.
