Doing push ups?

Question:
I can't do push ups at all and i want to be able to do them and help on how i can start doing them?

Answers:
Start slowly, don't just jump straight in at the one handed thing, leave that to pros.

Balance on your toes, lying on your stomach, place your hands at your side. Push down and lift about 3 inches from the ground and lower. Repeat this 10 times, 3 times a day, and in a few days, you will soon be able to go all the way up.

If thats too much start by sitting upright with something reasonably firm. Something tike an empty bottle. Hold it at your chest, and push forwards, and back. Repeat this 5 a day, 3 times a day, and you can then build up with something heavier, and eventually onto yourself.

Eat lots of sports candy like Apples Bananas and drink plenty of Water.

You have to start lifting weights and build up your upper-body strength, this mean your chest (pectorals), stomach (abs), arms (biceps and triceps), and your shoulders (deltoids). You do this by starting off with low weights and then slowly increase them. If you want to start doing push-ups start off by cheating, what I mean is don't go all the way down. But later you have to keep going lower and lower until you can do a full push-up.
