not at all! teenage yrs are awkward my younger brother at your age was a little husky but in a matter of one yr shot up to be almost 6' tall and average weight i see this in alot of young men. so dont worry about it...your not overweight and youre not done growing yet. but if you are self concious about it just watch your junk food intake thats it!
