If you drink a lot of water right after you eat?

Does it reduce the calorie intake??

Answers:
No but it will help to digest your food and move through your body faster, move efficiently and help your body absorb the energy and vitamins better. However, don't drink so much it hurts ! Water is the best thing you can do to improve overall bowel health also.

No you still ate the calories but it will fill you up and cause you to eat less prior to a meal or give you a full feeling after.

nooo! and never do that! if u want drink, do it half hour before eating and 1 hour after. drinking while eating is not healthy coz liquids wash away stomach's juices and lower digestion which leads to rubbish intestines and putting on weight.
