The only way to lose weight is to burn more calories than you eat. Lower calories, increase exercise, and it will happen. Doesn't matter where the calories come from, but you will find it easier to reduce calories and won't be so hungry if you choose a proper balance of carbs, protein, and fat. Choosing carbs with fiber is another great way to help keep from being too hungry.
reduce calorie intake and excercise, drink lots of water
as long as you work out and jog you should be fine. and dont eat so much of both of them. that way is more sufficient
I've been on the low carb Atkins diet. It works, in two weeks I lost 14 pounds without working out, just eating the food that he says to. The diet is really hard, you really have to have a strong will.
