What is an "L Step"?
Question:
Answers:
This is a step given in step classes (usually advanced like step 200 or interval).
The L step is going off to the side of your step doing one knee on the floor, one off the bench and then go back to basic step position.
More than likely you will do an L step on the other side.
There's also the L step karate kick and L step tic tac.
Karate kick is where you replace one knee lift with a kick off the bench.
Tic tac is where you replace one knee lift with going onto the bench and doing a calf hop.
Hope this helps!

bring your left foot down, to the side of the step

bring your right foot back down (still on step)
pick your left foot up
step your left foot back down in front of step
bring right foot down
