they say green tea works good. stay away from junk food. only eat when you hungry and make it a healthy choice. and excersise as much as you can.

Cardio activity 3-5 times per week 30 minutes per time. Elliptical trainers are the best. Watch what you eat. Figure how many calories your body burns during a 24 hour period and try to consume less than this amount. I can calculate this amount if you'd like.
