I'm 5'2 and about 97 pounds, I used to be like 88, I've been gaining weight like crazy what should i do?

Your body is trying to find it's natural weight, don't worry, this has nothing to do with fat, it has to do with general devopment (breasts etc) . . I have the distinct feeling you'll NEVER be fat, just listen to your body and don't fight it you are still 10 pounds underweight. Eat healthy and don't worry about your weight!

I am your height, 14, and 92. I'm in the 40th percentile for weight. You are probably right about where you should be though. As long as you eat healthy and don't eat 10 packs of gushers a day your fine. After all, I did weigh 15 pounds, many days ago.

your below normal as it is. i wouldn't worry. First of all, you are 13 years old, which means your body is changing rapidly. Everyone gains weight with puberty, which is how it is supposed to happen. You didn't really think you would be 88 lbs. your whole adult life did you? At 13, you are beginning your "adulthood" or whatever you want to call it.. most of the weight gain is probably in your chest anyway! Second, with a height of 5'2", you probably shouldn't only be 88 lbs. anyway! lol Hope this helped a little. (By the way, I'm 5'3", 21 yrs old, and 155 lbs. and Still not considered very overweight.)

Well if you think that you are overweight, then try the following
1. do not sleep or lay immediately after meals
2. do sleep for an hour or so after lunch
3. do not drink water in the middle or in the end of your meals
4. always keep a hunger of some 10% at your meals ok when i was in 6th grade i was 5'1 and weight 80 pounds and then my freshmen year i was 5'2 and weigh 110 and now i am 5'3 i weigh 115 and i am 21 years old dont worry the weight you are gaining is from you growing up like now your boobs are going to get bigger maybe and your bottom might get a little bigger but remeber with 5 ft you add 100 pounds and for every inch you should add 5 pounds so you should weigh close to 105-110. but your weight is fine i know i study neutrition i want to help people lose weight so dont worry about it
