Well, it will definitely help tone your legs. 20 to 30 minutes a day. I would do other exercises for other areas of the body, though. Perhaps you should consider a gym and consult with their trainer.

Either one is good start out 30 min. every other day then 1 hour every other day gives muscle time to heal.
