Question:
I'm average height/weight.
Will they help me lose weight more or less?
Answers:
No. Doesnt work.
it works with your regular diet plan. and its pretty tasty on a salad.
i suppose you can but dont forget to consult ur GP if any side affects of it
I have never heard of taking Flax Seed (oil or pills) for weight loss. However it is prescribed for cholesterol.
What you should try is Herbalife weightloss shakes. They work wonders. You can go to www.mhenweightloss.com to order the shakes.
Well, It is not indicated for weight loss. No evidence supports its benefits in reducing weight. This medicine has essential fatty acides and theoritically reduce the risk of heart attack. If you are on a anti lipid (cholesterol) diet it would be a good supplement. Otherwise it is not recommended. It is contraindicated in pregnancy. Like other medicines this one is not complication free.
In a nutshell I am totaly disagree with its usage for weight loss. You'd better to follow the basic rule of weight loss. Less calorie intake and more activity.
Hope this helps.
You know what works better than flax? Coconut oil! The MCT's in it boost your metabolism. I have a page of the best foods to eat for weight management here http://www.healthandstrength.net/tenfood. I talk about coconut oil.# 3 on my list i think. I ate these foods mostly as well as other things like lean meats and nuts, seeds, etc, to lose 54lbs! You can see my before and after pic here: http://www.healthandstrength.net.
Try it! I think its better than flax, but for better brain function, you need the omega 3's they are better sourced from fish oil
