my jeans don't fit me anymore :(?

Question:
well, i want to lose fats around the thigh and stomach areas.
i have started to drink lot of water and eat modrately, but its not helping at all.
i am gettin married in 2 months, n i wanna look toned, not with a flabby tummy.
and preferably suggest somethin i can do at home.

Answers:
The good thing is that you have two months to get back in shape. Thats enough time to loose around 15 lbs! If you cant get back into your pair of jeans then you probally only gained around 10 lbs. It seems like a lot but you have time. You have the right idea by drinking a lot of water and eating modrately. Now start eating fruit, veggies, and things high in protien and fiber. (Keeps you fuller for longer). Try and see how many calories you are taking in also! And EXERCISE! Even if you start as a walk every night, you can built it up to a run.ect. Good luck!

I didn't see any cardio or exercise in your question. You will need to incorporate some type of exercise regimen, if you want to burn any fat at all. Start out with a 1/2 to 1 full mile walk each day, and build up. Also include some light dumbell work for fat-burning acceleration.

Keep up the moderation with your diet, and you'll begin to see results.
