Tell me about it, i know the feeling! I am slim but sometimes i look like i am 4 months pregnant, its horrid!! I have started eating those actimel yogurts which has helped.
Some say i may have IBS which would be annoying. I have started to food combine, ie. dont eat carbs and protein in the same meal, and it has helped a bit, plus sit-ups!

Firstly, look at your posture. Keep your stomach in. Dont let it slump. Secondly, do exercises like crunches to work the ab muscles. Your body will always store fat in less active areas so always work those areas more. Thirdly, after your diet, put together a long term plan to keep the fat off for good. Low fat foods, fruit and vegetables, plain water, cardiovascular exercise before breakfast first thing after waking up (so your body aint got no stored carbs it will burn more fat instead). Look into nutrition and stuff and get a plan that suits you. Dont copy someone elses plan. Your plan (diet and exercise) needs to be tailored to suit you, your lifestyle and your body type.

Speaking of yogurt, the bloating could be caused by mild lactose intolerance. I had the same problem and cut out dairy products and most artificial sweetener from my diet and I do feel better. I switched to soy milk and when I did want a little bit of cheese or yogurt I ate them with a Lactaid pill. Drinking lots of water and eating a lot of soluble and insoluble fiber can't hurt also!
