Is there a type of flavored water that doesn't have artificial sweetners in it?

Question:
Artificial sweetners- like sucralose and aspratame- give me headaches and make me feel very tired. I would like an alternative to regular water without these. Thanks!

Answers:
Sorry, but I don't think there's a pre-bottled water available that fits your needs. I've tried soooooooooooo many but they all fall short. You might try a natural foods market, they may have something...

Ultimately, only you can be sure you get what you want.

Get plain unflavored/unsweetened water from the best source you trust (pre-bottled, your own filtered tap, a trusted well/spring). Add a squeeze of lemon, a frew fresh raspberries or other natural/fresh flavoring that suits your taste.

Depending on the climate, you control what fits your body's needs. I find when it's super hot and humid, more lemon is called for. When it's spring, raspberry is refreshing.

It's a little more work but I think you will find this best fits your needs. The other pre-bottled/flavored have never tasted natural to me. I think the pre-bottled/flavored waters also have more sodium added. I can't prove this but when I do my own, I can definitely tell the difference so if you're watching sodium this is a good thing to do.

Best of luck, keep yourself hydrated during these hot/humid days!

I'm pretty sure that Fruit 2 O is all natural. I have never tried it myself but I plan to. Plus, I am pretty sure that the commercial mention all-natural flavoring. ~
