I'm 14 years old, used to cut my wrists and have started throwing up my meals.?

Question:
I don't cut my wrists anymore, but whenever I take my jumper off or something I'm worried someone will ask me about it. I have been through all the "guidance officer" stuff with my mum. I changed schools for that reason that I don't make friends easy. I know for a fact that I am overweight and I am really conscious about it. I made myself throw up after eating crackers and I don't eat my lunch and tell my mum that I'm just not hungry. What do I do about the wrist cutting and throwing up? Please help!

Answers:
OK. You are bulimic. That is a psychological condition that tell us we are overweight so that you will bring up your meals. As the condition gets worse, you will starve yourself for days on end, then get so hungry that you will eats a weeks worth of food in one sitting, constantly bringing it up as you feel full, then gorging again. The best cure for this is to get help right away. Tell your mom and she will know what to do to help you.

As for the wrist cutting, you are doing so well by not cutting yourself anymore. I can understand that you must feel anxious at the thought of people discovering your secret, but the scars will fade over time. Try not to feel ashamed of who you are. Hold your head up high and ignore anybody who might like to belittle you.

Be strong and seek help for your bulimia.

Best of luck.

Other Answers:
a psychiatrist is the only real answer.
Do absolutely anything you can to make yourself accept who you are, but don't do anything that is unhealthy. Worse comes to worst, go to boot camp.
Talk to a psychiatrist.
Yep - got to get some help. You are in a bad behavior loop - you just need help getting out it so you can find real ways to make yourself happy and slim.
You have to go right now and talk to your mother. People die from throwing up. Your mother will get you some help. Turn off the computer and ask your mother to make a doctor's appointment for you.

People here can not help you and are probably just answering this question for the points and giving you bad advice.
Trust me honey, the scars should go away......start eating healthier, wear long sleeve shirts and find friends that are okay with who you are......if you need to talk to someone, I.M. me please......
that is such bullshiit ANNE M!!! and about your problem, well you pretty much just sound like a gross fat asss who needs to get off of the computer and needs to exercise. exercise will also take your mind of of bad things like cutting.
You need to go to a counselor. Tell your mom what it going on - it will be hard, but she let you change schools so she clearly wants to help you. Good luck.
