adrenaline - can give you a rush of energy
cortisol - also provides energy

testosterone - can make you feel strong and positive

and endorphins which reduce your pain and give you a feeling of well being


everyone differs a little in how much of each they release so can feel a bit different - also different workouts have different effects on different people too!
