Answers:
you have to put it in your head you want to lose weight and stick with it. i have always wanted to lose weight buy wishing it would happen. it just dosen't work that way. i decided i was tired of being over weight. so one day i told myself i was going to do it. i have lost 32 lbs in 3 mos. i still want to lose 30 more lbs. now i know i can do it. at 1st it may be hard because you have to change what you eat and how much. it gets easier.

Other Answers:
eat carrots and celeries for snacks
Better to eat healthy first, so you feel full with fruits , fresh vegetables, and water.

The problem with diets is... Fad diets are just that... fads. Fads come and go. To really loose weight, it's a change in the way of life.
The first thing I started, the first thing I did was cut down on the pop I drank a day. I didn't go to diet, I went to water, fruit punch, etc. Then I stoped eating ATLEAST 3-4 hours before going to sleep. This way my body used up "my diner" as energy and not stored it into fat.
From there, I've been working out at the gym.
Hope it helps, I've lost 30lbs and still going.
Good Luck, hope it helps.
don't tempt yourself by buying stuff that you know will keep you side track. go for nuts, fresh juice...i suggest you buy a juicer, jack lalane is only $100 something. if you're always feeling hungry consider taking flax seeds supplements. it fills you up. take it 3 times a day during meals or few minutes before your meal. it's suprising how you want to eat just because it's your habbit but your stomach is not really hungry so u know that it's working...and so why eat if you feel that way!!! yeap that's what it does...it's magic!!!
