Well I always wanted to get myself to Scott Steiner's size if you remember him? The guy with bowling balls for biceps!! I never made it but I didn't do bad, but you gotta be fanatical, about 45Min's-1hour Cardio a day, and 2-3hours a day weight-lifting. When you feel you wanna stop, do one more, then have a break. This tells your brain there is a desperate need for more muscle tissue in that area and you can double your muscle-regeneration rate this way. Nobody mentions this as it isn't good for you, when you start you'll notice blood-spots under your skin where tiny blood vessels have burst. This won't last though, and you'll find your muscles will really grow this way
