Does anyone know of a healthy meal plan to gain weight?

lots of protien and carbs. bread, bread, and more bread. pasta too lots. icecream and fries, and sodas..
i really wish i need to gain weight :(
but PROTEIN! protein is healthy becuase it adds muscle. not fat. he should eat eggs for breakfeast (with or without a protein shake). he should have a carb cereal bar as a snack, have a lunch like a sandwhich, or boca burger, or wheat pasta (With a protein shake) and for dinner something like meaty and lots of dairy!
