How do i become more fit?
Question:

The best way to get into shape is start out gradual. Don't kill yourself off in one shot. Make sure you stretch before and after. Look at what you are eating/drinking, or the lack of. Make sure you feed your body when you demand work from it. And make sure you are hydrated. I was seventy pounds overweight and started running. It was SOOO difficult at first. I would walk two minutes and jog two minutes. I gradually worked up to jogging for 40 minutes, or about three miles. It has been six months, but I am down thirty pounds. It helps to eat less sugar, more natural foods (carrots vs chips). If it is a 'lose weight fast' diet, chances are as soon as you change what you are doing, you will gain your weight back. Be healthy, don't try to get what you want this instant. You will be proud of yourself. Good luck to you!

But I can answer your question:The best way to get fit is to eat healthier, and for exercise, just mild walking.
Go for a 15-30 minute walk once a day, and you'll slowly get fitter. It's good for the heart too.
Once your muscles have strengthened up a bit, you can either start jogging (not running, jogging) or you can do what I do and wear extra weight on your wrists and ankles. It depends on the desired result really.
If you're still in school, I recommend asking your PE teacher for more information, they'll probably be happy to help you out with a more customized plan for fitness, especially considering A: The level of obesity today and B: It's, you know, their job.
First you have to take it easy. You can do your ruining three days a week. Give some rest to yourself between workouts. Make sure you have proper footwear that has been replaced regularly (life span of most running shoes is about 500 miles or 6 months) If you can run on grass or trails for some of your training (rather than pavement) that will also help prevent pains and injuries..A thorough and correct warm up will also help just before the workout. Try to increase the intensity and duration of exercise gradually.
Take care!
