Your feces can be colored by anything that you ingest. The normal brownish tinge comes from, among other things, metabolized old blood cells and digestive enzymes. See your doc if you're really concerned.

Reminds me of a question in one of my biology finals.

1) Food you ate, but than it should be gone after 2 days
2) Multivitamins, most common cause
3) Bilirubin from your liver which means you have a liver problem such as Hepatitis. But than most likely the white of your eyes would be yellow too.
